Barigui Baptisms

What a great day! Guilherme baptized his two younger brothers, Marcelo and Alexandre. They are all great friends of ours and spend time at our home playing games and eating. We love them!

Bemvindo a Elder Divencenzi

Elder Divencenzi arrived today directly from the Provo MTC. He was the only missionary in his group who received his visa on time. He is from Stockton, California and we are very excited to have him here. He will be trained by Elder Rogers and serve initially in Pinhais.

HOMEWARD BOUND...Well, for most.

Our latest group of missionaries heading home except for Sister Albino who finally received her U.S. visa and is headed to serve on Temple Square. Again, tough to see some many experienced leaders and teachers heading home but excited for them at the same time. They will all do great things. (l to r: Sister Albino, Elder Lopes, Romney, Denis, Robertson, J. Souza, Fuller, Petersen, Peterson, Sister Maganin, Elder Treasure, Froer, Sister Dos Santos, Elder Butterfield, Elder Rasmussen, Sister Silva and front row, Pres. & Sister Cordon)

Happy Birthday Sister Cordon!!!

Sister Cordon received the best gift possible, a new missionary. Elder Ronald Grant Smith finally received his visa and arrived today after serving two transfers in Talahassee, Florida. His arrival coincided with the departure of an elder for health reasons which really helped his new area, Ala Baragui, where he will serve for a few days until the next transfer.
